We went hiking and discovering more of the beautiful Kyoto.
Arshiyama Bamboo Grove was beyond beautiful, it is something you can never see back home. You kinda lose sight in which country you are in after visiting it.
It is a very big area, that I just was not able to finish it, I needed a break so bad. (walking normally) We went down the hill and found an amazing breath-taking river. We were dying to get on one of those boat rides.
We were still in the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, even though we walked forever to get out of it.
My favorite drink of all times**
We also hiked forever, (I literally had to take like a million breaks) more than 3 hours picking to get to the Arashiyama Monkey Park that is placed on the top of the mountain. (look at the other mountains behind the monkey)
I felt scared when I got to the monkey park, I just though after all that climbing I will get my face ripped off my some anger monkey.
They are very dangerous by the way. The rules were to feed the monkey away from yourself. No eye contacts ever. Stay away from the monkeys and stay away from the monkeys. They hate tourists and they will kill you.
It was also crazy hot, I had to stay inside the tent where they have air condition for an hour and I was not even near as normal temperature (I bought/drank three bottles of water on the spot)
Monkeys were only able to eat peanuts and nothing else. That monkey in the picture literally posted like that with her child smiling at me (I swear they were waiting for me to take the picture already) I guess they already got used to being feed and taking pictures of them by strangers.
